自由が丘駅前にあるスターバックスです。 比較的夜遅くまで開店しているスターバックスではありますが、同時に、『自由が丘駅』という10代～20代の若い人たちが多く利用する駅の近くにあるスターバックスであるため、平日休日問わず終日混雑し、客の回転もあまりよくありません。一方で、このスターバックスの周辺は繁華街となっており、夜間はカフェよりも居酒屋を利用する人が多いため、夜間の利用客はやや少ないように思いますが、その分ガラの悪い客も多く、あまりくつろげる雰囲気にはなれないでしょう。 客席は1階と2階の2階構成で、昇降手段は階段のみです。出入口に段差があり、扉も手動式であることから、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。給仕されるドリンクや料理の質・種類は、他のスターバックスと遜色無いように思います。夜間の比較的利用客が少ない時間帯に利用したからか、スタッフの動きにも余裕が見られ、良好なサービスを提供していたように思います。

The seating consists of two floors, the first and second floors, and the only means of ascending and descending are stairs. The entrance and exit are stepped and the doors are manual, which may make it difficult for those with disabilities such as wheelchairs to use the cafe. 去年、とても親切な男性が私の注文を取ってくれました。でも、私の日本語力が足りなくて、うまく注文を伝えることができませんでした。それにもかかわらず、彼は「もっと英語を勉強するように頑張ります」と言ってくれました。
