Absolutely amazing. Every dish is simple (one main ingredient, very few embellishments) but the flavor is top notch. The dressing on the watercress salad was some type of caramelized onion type .. basically crack. Salmon with walnut sauce was so buttery smooth but somehow packed a punch, pork shabu salad with some serious homemade ponzu.
