Walking distance from JR station. Small philatelic museum, with some merchandise and international stamps to buy. Access adults 200¥/100¥ for kids. Upstair library has international and Japanese stamp catalogues. There's also a larger stamp shop on the other side with free entrance. They've got everything a collector needs. Stamps, stock books, binders, tweezers etc. On top of it there are also two other stamp shops run by some nice Japanese folks. Both shops are filled from floor to roof with stamps from all over the world. On the 3rd floor there are regular stamp exhibitions and Stamp Bazzar almost every a month. Usually there are several dealers selling mixed stamps from 5¥ a piece up to expensive rare once. Pretty good selection...

The stamp shops in the building are closed two days a week. Staff was helpful and the owner and assistant of Lotus Stamps were great with some good deals to be found there. There are displays of worldwide new issues on the main floor run by the staff as well as supplies but be warned that they are all highly overpriced.
