Our recent stay at Hotel Hisoca in Tokyo Ikebukuro was an absolute delight, especially as a family of four. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's ability to offer a serene escape while remaining conveniently close to the bustling Ikebukuro station. The first thing that struck us was the incredibly generous space in our room. Unlike many Tokyo accommodations, Hotel Hisoca provides ample room for a family to spread out and relax. We slept very comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. The highlight of the room, however, has to be the bathroom. It features a truly massive bathtub, perfect for a luxurious soak after a day of exploring, and a fantastic steam mist room! This added touch of relaxation was incredibly welcome and certainly elevated our stay. Beyond the excellent facilities, the staff service at Hotel Hisoca was truly exceptional. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to our requests. Their willingness to go the extra mile made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Hisoca to any family traveling to Tokyo. It offers a rare combination of spacious rooms, fantastic amenities, and outstanding service that truly makes for a memorable stay. We made the reservation via email and the staff responded to every of my email promptly and efficiently. Not only that, we lost a bag of souvenirs on the train when we were on our way to the hotel. When we asked for help the next day, the staff was very kind and did not hesitant to help us called the Lost and Found center multiple times. In the end we were able to retrieve our souvenirs at the station. Really grateful for every staff we met at the hotel!

After confirming your reservation, you need to check in and collect your room key from the nearby machine. The front desk provides an overnight bag, and you can pick up the necessary overnight amenities. The room is quite spacious with a 40-inch TV, and the bathroom is sizable. To my surprise, there's even a decent-sized massage bathtub and a steam bath—truly impressive to find such room facilities in the greater Tokyo area. The room also offers four types of essential oil scents, and all amenities are meticulously arranged. On the second floor, there's a 24-hour complimentary beverage area. The room includes a Bluetooth speaker, a smart TV, and a Balmuda heating...
