Our family of 5 reserved 2 rooms at this hotel for 6 nights. My husband and I got the standard room with a double bed. The room was very small with 1 side of the bed against the wall. My kids (23, 21, 14) got a villa room with 3 single beds that are placed against each other. My kids' room was in the newer renovated area on the 1st floor so their room was nicer than ours. Their room was small as well for 3 people but they have a bathroom with toilet and small sink and another bathroom with sink, shower and tub. Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Hotel has self serve laundry facilities in the basement. It also has a restaurant on the 2nd floor. We purchased and tried the breakfast buffet 1 time. Price was reasonable at about $12 USD/person. Food was tasty with western and Japanese choices. The location is the best. Hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the Mejiro Station on the JR Yamanote Line. From the Yamanote line, you can go to many sightseeing spots without transfer. It's also convenient if you do need to transfer to get to your destination. Neighborhood is quiet with plenty of restaurants, 7-11, Family Marts, drugstores nearby. Our favorite for breakfast is St. Mark's Cafe which is just down the street from the hotel. It has a huge sitting area on the 2nd floor, plenty of room for us to stretch out. We won't even attempt to go to the smaller restaurants in Tokyo because there are 5 of us and we want to be comfortable. There's an excellent sushi restaurant, can't remember the name, but it's in the basement of a building nearby--very local. Overall, the hotel can use a renovation, especially the 3rd floor which is where our room was. The carpet in the elevator is very old and dirty looking. Price for the rooms were high because it was between Christmas and New Year. I would stay here again because of the great location but wish the room was...

Best hotel I stayed at for my entire visit to Japan. Very tourist friendly and staff were amazing. Room was clean and all directions conveniently in both Japanese and English. Pajamas provided were too small, but I understand as I'm a tall person compared to the typical Japanese person. Washroom was great. Has the best toilet model with bidet, Toto, haha. Skincare bar with face wash and shaving supplies in the lobby. Great that there's 6 laundry machines for guests that lock with a personal set pin. Most of the rooms allow smoking. As a non-smoker, I didn't notice any residual smoke which was great. Meijiro is a quiet and peaceful area, the hotel is within a 5min walk of the Meijiro station, 7eleven, lawson, local pharmacy, KFC and more. Staff were very friendly and kind. I accidently lost my room key and they replaced it free of charge. Very thankful for my visit and highly recommend.

Good location, just a short distance from Mejiro station, which is also just a few minutes from other touristy places. There's a lot of convenience stores around, so there will be no problem in buying food and other stuff when it's late at night or early morning when stores are still close. Hotel itself is cozy, service was superb. The staff can speak english and are very helpful. We checked in a smaller room for 3 nights and since we will be out the whole day, we don't mind the size. We did, however, check in again for another 2 nights in a bigger suite, and the room was amazing and big. They have complete amenities. I especially love their facial products. Only ate at their restaurant for one breakfast but it was tasty! Also lots of options for drinks and dessert. Overall it was a great experience for me and my husband. Would totally recommend for foreigners.

Cosy and enough. The hotel is just few mins walk from Meijiro station (which connects to shibuya, shinjuku and akihabara easily). Has lawson and 7-11 nearby. And many food options as well. Check in process was smooth but all hotels i've been to in japan are very strict regarding checkin time so dont expect to get your room even if you arrive early. All facilities in the hotel are foreigner friendly with many languages available. But other than the front desk staff, dont expect the othet staff to understand you. Had some difficulty claiming my free welcome drink from the restaurant staff. There is washing machine, vending machine, microwave and ice maker machine in the basement level.
