Let's start with seat availability. It was busy when I went at night. I chose to sit close to the patio, which was highly humid. They had a fan, so it was tolerable.

This place is by far the best Chinese food spot in all of Kanagawa. I live 1 hour and 45 minutes away and I have came to eat here 1-2 a month. I remember 4 years ago, I came to eat and there was bad traffic and they were closed for almost 10 minutes. "Stone Bowl!" is what everyone from the base calls this place. It's ok but the food quality is...meh... I've tasted way better Chinese joints around Tokyo...this place is nothing special other than it's like the first restaurant you hit coming out the main gate so everyone goes there. They don't take credit card either...come on guys! 90% of your customers are American and we don't pay...
