Cosy, interesting interior. Friendly shop staff. Delicious food and coffee. The restaurant is tiny, so it's best to come by yourself or in a group of two. The interior is really unique, and the staff are obviously passionate about the Papua New Guinean culture. During our visit, they offered drinks and one food option. 精霊達に囲まれながら頂く料理は、別格。

現地の味を完全に再現した【南国プレート】は、お芋や鶏肉、クッキングバナナを焼いたものなど様々。ちゃんと説明もしてくれますか。特に味付けをせず、素材の味を楽しみます。ご飯の上に乗っているものは、パプアニューギニアの袋麺とシーチキンなどを合わせた、現地でよく食べられているものです。 味が薄いと感じる方用に、お塩もあります。

【アポカレー】はアポさんが、現地の人々に振る舞うカレーです。ココナッツベースでマイルドで野菜や鶏肉の入っていて、甘めで美味しいです。

アポさんがとても気さくで楽しかったです。パプアニューギニアのいろいろな貴重なお話が聞けてました。また、マッドマンのお面も被らせて頂きました。
