THX 4 the great ramen!

I haven't had one of these well-balanced one for long. The one I had was normal one, Tonkotsu Ramen with extra egg and sea weed. The soup was so good. It realized the ideal balance between thickness of salt and mild flavor of Tonkotsu without any unnecessary bitter taste. The noodle was also awesome. It was well-considered one in thickness and its flavor. The soup was well-attached to noodle when I bring it to my mouth, and I could sense its initial flavor of flour. I could really enjoy its good combination of noodle and soup.

Most importantly, the best thing about this Ramen is that you can enjoy a variety of taste by adding some extra spice or extra topping. By adding garlic, the soup matched its taste with garlic taste, which actually made me satisfy much more. And, by eating soup with sea weed, u'll know it's the best invention ever. Not only you can enjoy its greatest match with Tonkotsu soup but also u can enjoy another combination with egg, noodle or rice. This deserves to order extra sea weed.

I'm gonna definitely try another taste of...

Rich Niboshi (Dried fishes) Chicken Soba with a small rice bowl, which are covered by seasoning and poured by ramen soup on the top later after finishing ramen noodle.

Chashu (Chinese-style barbecued pork) is very good. Yummy!

飲食店ではありえない対応をされたので、口コミを書きます。 夜19時に2名でお伺いしました。 私の前には4〜5名程度のお客さんがおり、店内はワタワタとしていて、オペレーションが整っていない様子でした。 らーめん屋さんだからしょうがないと思い、チャーシュー麺と2枚チャーシューのらーめんを購入。 カウンターに着席、食券を女性店員さんに渡したところ、左となりの空いているカウンターに食券を乱雑に広げ、食券管理ができていない様子でした、このあたりで不安がよぎりました。 数分経ち、右となりのお客さんのらーめんと私たちのらーめんが提供されましたが、どちらも注文間違いで提供。となりのお客さん分は再度作り直していましたが、こちらは作り直しはなし、、 頼んだチャーシュー麺がチャーシュー2枚で提供されていたので、これ違いますよと男性定員さんにお伝えしたところ、「うちのチャーシュー麺は2枚だけです」と発言。 半券などもなかったため、証拠がないので我慢して食べ進め、納得いかなかったので、再度チャーシューのみを食券で購入しにいきました。 そこで、食券機の写真にあるチャーシュー麺の数を再度確認したところ、3枚以上乗っておりました。 チャーシューの券を別途で購入したため、女性店員さんへ再度、提供間違いのチャーシュー麺の数のことを伝えたところ、すごい形相で睨まれ、確認しますだけでした。 その後、購入したチャーシューのみを提供され、一番最初に購入したチャーシューの対応は特にありませんでした。 サービスはもちろんですが、謝罪などもなく、あまりに対応が杜撰なため、接客対応などの改善をいただければと思います。 また食券などは半券にするなどし、双方の注文がズレがない...
