The waiters are rude and they force you to pay for overpriced entrees for the view. Even though the food options are listed in the menu and nothing is written on the menu regarding minimum order, you will be asked to leave if you don't order an entire meal. I walked in at 3pm wanting to enjoy afternoon tea, instead I was told to order an entree or leave.....so I left, but managed to take a photo of the nice view, so I got what I wanted...

Honestly, one of my favorite places in the area to visit and chill. The views are amazing, the restaurant is never crowded, and the staff is very nice. In terms of food, though, it’s just average, especially considering the price. Would recommend this place to someone who wants to relax with a cup of tea and enjoy the view, but try somewhere else if you’re looking for...

The food is quite expensive for what you get, and the quality is very low, but the scenery is absolutely amazing, and it’s a great place to relax and have a nice lunch. In terms of cost performance though, it’s not a good deal. If you’re not hungry, just come upstairs and take a look at the view. It’s absolutely stunning!

The maguro sashimi donburi lunch I had was excellent, as was the Chinese beef and green pepper teishoku my daughter. Very elegant, magnificent views of the city, and even Mt. Fuji was visible.
