After having visited places like Tokyo SkyTree and Landmark Tower, it can be a bit underwhelming. But, at 26 stories, you do get a decent view of the fairly mundane surroundings.
The restaurant is all set up to be a swanky and expensive place for fine dining at a location where an everyday cafe would suffice.
Not really the place for shopping, either. On the way up, there's a Uniqlo, a gift shop, some supermarket stuff and that's about it. There's definitely more going on around the building than within it.

Please follow us if you are traveling in Japan!)

As a minus point, there are too many people including tourists every day, so it is not comfortable. And recently, there is a neighborhood adjacent to the café like bench seating. There are many people who look like half vagrants sitting around during the day with flyers and so on. This is 🌟 minus 3 points. For better or worse, this may be the local character of Sancha, not the high-rise towers in the Shibuya area, and from a foreigner's point of view, such people may not bother you in a tourist area because you are used to seeing them. I also love Sancha as an area for drinking with friends, but if my friends came here on a trip from the countryside, I would not recommend this area as a sightseeing spot. I would recommend a restaurant at the Tower Hotel in Shibuya where you can relax, or the observation level of Hikarie...
