I have been to this store twice before. The first time the service was subpar, however, the last time I can honestly say it was the worst service I have seen in Tokyo so far. After making a reservation, we were placed on a counter seat with a faulty stove. Fifteen minutes in on our 90-minute all-you-can-eat plan, we waited for a solution to the faulty stove, we also could not even eat our starters as staff had not provided us utensils. After this period, staff insisted us to use the stove as it was even though the flame was partially blocked, resulting in only one side of the shabu-shabu pan boiling while the other was lukewarm.
