My first time ever and the vibes, the food, the atmosphere were absolutely immaculate. its a hidden gem and i really want to gatekeep this for the rest of my life. They make your pizza right in front of your very eyes and it really adds to your curiosity and hunger and excitement to what's about to unfold in a few minutes. Highly recommended. The lunch comes with a choice of drink included. it does have a very limited space but i like it because its very cozy. it has two 4-seaters and the other 8(i think) seats are counter seats. but this place is absolutely recommended for a date night. really enjoyed the pizza here, absolutely deicious. the tomatoes were the perfect balance of flavor and the salad pizza was satisfying and refreshing as expected. however, the staff seems really absent minded, i ordered margherita but got marinara instead, they forgot to give wet wipes or utensils and i had to separately ask for it, and during checkout they forgot my order and gave me the wrong bill. it was a busy day and the staff were otherwise nice and helpful but nevertheless the experience could...

土曜日のランチ。北千住にある📍Pizzeria ALLOLO(@pizzeriaalloro )に訪問。去年から行こうと思っていて足を運びましたが混んでて断念。今回ようやくタイミングが合致して訪問できました☺️今日は15分待ちくらいでしたので待つことにしました。感じのいい店員さんが外に出てきてくれて入店までのフォローなど対応してくれます☺️

暫くして入店。カウンター席に通されました。

注文したのはコチラ。 マルゲリータ&マリナーラピカンテS 1,600円 今週のスペシャルピザ 1,570円 それぞれにドリンクが付きます。アイスコーヒーとジンジャーエールをお願いしました。ホットのドリンクは扱っていないそう。ピザはハーフ&ハーフの提供らしい。

ピザは、ナンを作る前のようなモチっとしたまんまるい生地を伸ばして石窯で1枚1枚焼いているので暫し時間がかかります。

最初に届いたのはドリンク。こちらは特筆する点はありません、フツーです(笑)

暫くして、1枚目のピザが届きます✨ マルゲリータは、モッツァレラとトマトソース、パルミジャーノとバジルの基本構成。マリナーラピカンテは、トマトソースとニンニク、オレガノとバジルの構成。ピカンテとは辛口という意味らしいです。

共にベーシックなピザなのに、やけに美味しいです。石窯で焼いているのもあり、パンとしても美味しいし、香ばしい。熱の入り方も絶妙です。テーブルにある唐辛子の入ったオリーブオイル(辛味オイル)をかけて食べるとまた格別です🍕🌶️

食べ終わった頃に次のピザが届きました🍕 今週のスペシャルピザは、アンチョビトマトソースのピザ。アンチョビとバジル、モッツァレラとパルミジャーノの構成。もう片方は、釜揚げ桜エビと菜の花のクリームソース。ニンニク、胡椒、パルミジャーノの構成です。1枚目と似ているトマトソースのほうはアンチョビがオンされていてまた少し違う味わい。釜揚げ桜エビのピザはクリームソースと相まって優しい味付けです。本当美味しいピザですね。

難を言えば…少しピザが小さいかなってあたりかな〜、もう少し食べたい感はありました。でも、店員さんも接客丁寧だし、そもそもピザがレベチに美味しかったので満足です🙌
