Came for lunch with my wife, I ordered the set menu and my wife the bagna cauda. By the time I had eaten both the starter and my main pizza dish my wife still hadn’t received her plate. Had to ask the young part time servers to see what was happening. The bagna cauda finally arrived and I watched my wife eat. Waited until she finished to let them know that it was ok to bring my dessert. I drank the complimentary glass of water as soon as we seated and for the entire time we were there the empty glass was never refilled, I even moved it to the edge of the table to see if they would notice but in the end asked for it to be filled. The food is meidocre at best, over the years the ingredients have definitely gone down in quality and the portions reduced. I’m still baffled at that cheeses they even used on my Quattro Formaggi pizza, the Gorgonzola was barely perceivable, the rest - no idea, maybe some supermarket cream cheese. The atmosphere does make up for the lacking food but I’m still confused as to why a Neapolitan style restaurant/pizzeria serves french theamed desserts. Very confusing place, at least the parking is free and the place is spacious. It’s honestly a dining experience very much like a family restaurant, pricey for what it is and the servers are clueless to a point that has to be experienced to...
Read moreExtreme wait times especially on weekends and public holidays, this is a local favorite family Italian restaurant with Margherita Pizza being their signature dish.
I visited today at 1500 when the restaurant had empty tables everywhere, however there was still a good 15 minutes wait to be seated. I was also unimpressed that some items on the menu were not available.
Sure, the pizzas are good but it is by no means exceptionally wonderful justifying the crazy wait times. The pizzas are also expensive, dare I say overpriced (2 Margherita Pizzas came up to ¥2,700).
Expensively priced and crowd heavily with families and children, there are better places to dine for Italian favorites.

This was one of the worst experiences I had in a restaurant in Japan. Well, it could have been a bad day for the staff, for sure. But I wouldn't take the risk to go there again. Making this long story (already explained in Japanese) short, spaghetti was really good, pork cutlet was oily and had no flavor.
Service was awful from the very beginning, since I got into the restaurant. Forget everything you know about service in Japan. All staff was really looking like they don't care. Go to a convenience store and you will get a better treatment. That was, actually, the only thing in the restaurant that reminded me of Italy...
To crown the whole experience, I decided to give it a final chance and buy some of the beautiful cakes they have in the entrance. Well, I paid the bill and the cakes and, after more than 10 minutes waiting for my cakes, the attendant sold my treats to another customer and I had nothing to do but accept the refund of my money with some really cold apologies. It was so disappointing... If you decide to go there, I hope you have more...
