This location is not really family friendly (makes sense because it’s so close to Waseda), but I live in the area and it’s pretty much one of the cheaper places where I don’t feel weird bringing my baby to…but there isn’t any suitable high chairs for younger babies with straps. The high chairs are clearly for babies 3-5, no safety straps, and the seat is wide and has space where a baby could fall out of it. I had a lot of trouble eating here with my baby and didn’t really feel welcomed by the staff member. That being said, it is a “family restaurant” and we can’t be expecting 5 star service or food quality. The positive aspect of this store is that everything is extremely cheap, and you essentially get what you pay for. Giving this chain store a visit at least once during your trip may be a...

Even after informing staff twice, there was no proper explanation and telling the reason why and what had happened. Surprisingly, there was no proper apology as it is a tradition on all the Japanese...
