Alice was a communicative host and we found everything to be in good order.
The place was perfect for our family, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a proper washing machine. More beds in the common area and a full size couch too.
The place was well thought of and well equipped with everything from frying pans, toasters, coffee maker and rice cooker, down to soy sauce, salt pepper and cooking oil. Our family enjoyed having daily meals in the unit.
It was 5-10 minutes walk to bus stations and train stations, but the area was comfortable and safe. Grocers, drugstore and kombinis were easy to reach. A lot of lively eating spots too nearby.

Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Would...

Seriously reconsider staying here. You will be disappointed. I would give it 0...
