This Starbucks has a crew who's customer service skills are superb. There is a woman who works there and she is not satisfied with just waiting around. She is always staying busy, whether it is helping her coworkers, organizing orders, double checking the process, and preparing for the next day. She was awesome. Not to mention, my drink was great but this is to be expected from a Starbucks. The ambience in this Starbucks is so peaceful and relaxing. こちらはよく利用させていただいています。ただ、店員一人ひとりのスピードがいまいちで、提供までに時間を要します。混んでいても、そのスピードは遅く、店員のペースになってしまい、いつになったら提供するの？といった感じ。ドライブスルーも同時にやっているとはいえ、なかなかの時間待つ必要があります。一つのレジに並んでいても、直ぐには、もう一つのレジは開設せず…。やっとのことで2つ目のレジに対応するようになっても大分並んだあと。そうかと思えば、客の対応が終われば、無駄話が多い。愛想の良い店員が多いという良い面もありますが。店内BGMもなかなか大きい音量ですが、それを上回るおしゃべりなので、気になってしまいます。勤務が終わった私服の店員とあちこちで無駄話も…なんだかメリハリがない印象です。制服のまま私服の客と客席で盛り上がっていたり、他の店員を巻き込んで集合写真の撮影など…大学のサークル的な感じ。本人たちは気にならないかもしれないですが、周りの人から結構見られてますよ。スタバが大好きなスタバ店員…誇りに思うのはいいと思いますが、自分たちのことばかり考えて行動するのではなく、少しは、客の待ち時間を少なくしたり、客へのサービスの向上に努めてもらいたいです。とても残念です。 ただ、たまに黒いエプロンの女性の方が品出しで対応してくださるときは、すごく静かで落ち着けます。いつもこんな状態...
