あまりにも酷すぎたので書かせていただきます。何故こんなに評価がいいのかが謎です。食べ放題を頼んだのですが、一言で言うと全ておいて遅いです。食べ放題なのに食べるものが15分以上もなかったのは初めてで、食べてる時間より待ってる時間の方が多かったです。 食べ放題で予約したのですが、お肉、一品物、鍋それぞれ一回で頼める数が人数分(一人前1〜3枚程度)と決まっているのにもかかわらず、毎回来るまで10分以上待ちます。バニラアイスなんて来るのに20分以上待ちました。アイスがくる3分前くらいにアイスお願いしますと聞こえ、そうしたらすぐ来たので遅いのはわざとだと思います。。そんな調整するなら食べ放題辞めたらいいのに、、、注文する際は専用のシートが必要なのですが、それを忘れられたり、網交換も2回言わないとやってくれなかったり色々と酷すぎました。最初に食べ残しは罰金と言われたのですが、残すも何も料理提供が遅く食べる物がなかったので、全然お腹いっぱいになりませんでした。 お肉も1番最初は良かったのですが、回数を重ねるごとに臭みがあり本当に村田牛なのかと疑いたくなるひどいお味でした。 さらに椅子を結構引いてるのにも関わらず、通るたびに毎回椅子の足を蹴ってきて、嫌がらせかと思いました。 全てにおいてとても残念すぎて、こんなお店もあるんだ...
