Service ruined what could of been a pleasant experience.

It took 50 minutes for my order to start coming out. Meanwhile other people who had arrived after had already started getting their orders. My late order was met with a poor, half sincere apology.

Staff were more attentive to certain tables that could get them more money over the course of the night rather than making sure each table was attended to.

Finally I had to wait an extra 5 minutes just for the money to be placed in the register because other customers were deemed more important.

When the food actually arrived it was decent but with service like that, you could go somewhere...

Ordered three different things on the menu. Sat for 30mins to be told they were out of them and then decided we would leave because we specifically wanted eel. Tried to pay but was told the bill would include a seating fee but we only ordered a wine. Had to argue that it's not fair to charge us a seating fee even though they didn't have the food we ordered.

Tell us immediately you don't want foreigners there and we won't go,...

東京メトロ門前仲町駅から徒歩約5分の飲み屋街にあり、以前から気になっていた「やきとり家すみれ 門前仲町店」へ日曜の夜へ一人で行ってきました♪

周りのお店に比べると新しく綺麗で、コロナ前は若い男女客が多く満席で繁盛していて美味しそうだったためです♪ ブランドの大山鶏のお店とのことです。

18:30過ぎに到着しますが、客は2割ほどの入りで、一人だったので手前のカウンター席に座ります♪

焼き台の目の前の席で、店長と思われる方がかなり大きな焼鳥を次々と焼いていました。

19時前の来店の場合は早得になるとのことで、生ビール中を330円税込とかなりリーズナブルに頂けたのは良かったです♪

美味しくて後でお代わりします♪

またLINEお友達登録で一品無料なので、その対象メニューから枝豆を注文できたのも良かったですね♪ 枝豆には塩がたっぷりかけられ、生ビールと美味しく頂きます♪

またお通しとしては、薄くタレが掛けられた生キャベツがたっぷりとあり、ビタミン補給もできて良かったです♪ これはお代わり無料とのことで、後でキャベツもお代わりできたのも良かったです♪

それから、注文はQRコードを読み取ってスマホから注文もできますし、テーブルの上にあるiPadのような端末でも注文でき、端末から注文しました♪

自家製タルタルと黒酢のチキン南蛮2個306円税込を頼みますが、これは白いタルタルソースがたっぷりで、そして肉質も柔らかくこれは美味しかったですね♪

そして、すみれ名物大山どりの焼鳥5本盛り1,098円があるのでそれを頼みます♪ 何が選ばれるかはドキドキで、今回は以下の5本が運ばれましたが、これはタレで光っていて壮観でしたね♪ 塩で頼んだつもりがタレとなっていたのは残念で、端末で注文する時はよくよく確認しないといけませんね。

しかしながら、肉質は上質で柔らかくそしてボリュームもあり美味しくこれは満足なセットでした♪

そして、せっかくなので、大山鶏の唐揚げ2個308円税込も頼みますが、これもさすが揚げたてで美味しかったです♪
