Insane. The platonic ideal of a bakery. Walked here from the Ghibli Museum and it was a perfect complement to that experience. There are so many choices, because literally everything is delicious and beautiful. I got a pork sandwich, an egg sando, a frosted cannele, a berry custard donut, a strawberry cream danish, and a whole loaf of coffee cream swirl bread; I ate both sandwiches and the danish in a frenzy (danish is pictured), and even after that, a part of me wondered if I should buy even more. I couldn't read any of the signs, and things were busy enough that I didn't want to hold up the flow of traffic by pulling out my phone to translate, but you really don't need to know what exactly everything is, because it will taste good regardless. The cinnamon donut was incredible yesterday but not very good today—so they need to work on consistency in some respects, but this place had a (quickly moving) line of 20-30 people out the door the entire time we were there (Saturday). Much less busy on a weekday but just as tasty....

The bakery is full of delicious smell of bread and cake, which makes you want to buy all of them. This place is super crowded even though locates at small & peaceful district.
