I was staying nearby at the Claska and this popped up a good restaurant on Google Maps. Lucky for me, it was open (FYI it's closed on Thursday) and there was room for me. This izakaya bar was quite possibly my favorite dinner in the 3 days I was in Tokyo. I kept dreaming of going back... Friend took me there for dinner recently and I loved it. It’s about 8 seats at the counter and two tables, so it’s quite small and yet there’s so much choice on the menu. The “omakase” starter was great, with about six small dishes to share. The avocado and Ebi tempura was amazing, so was the grilled beef! It’s a step up from regular izakaya.
