i had a very lovely grilled eel (unagi) meal here!

i first booked via tabelog, but the shop cancelled my reservation, and left a message that they couldn't contact me by phone. then i booked again and stated to contact by email only since i was using a roaming data card in japan. finally it went fine with the booking.

the set was chosen in advance when i booked online. it was a very full set with appetizers, eel bowl and dessert; that's very deluxe for a lunch set.

there were 9 things to eat from the appetizer platter. the shirako, crab rice ball and oyster were amazing. each food they cooked it individually, and each had its unique flavour.

then it came the main star of the set - the eel bowl. it was made to order so came as very hot and full of steam! smelled really good. the eel was just cooked and very juicy in the middle with crispy grilled edge. i'd say it tasted good even without the sauce! it went so well with the japanese local rice. then the set ended up by a almond pudding.

the staff did come up and apologies for cancelling the booking, can tell their sincerity and no worries, it was all fine ;)

나고야와 조리방식의 차이를 친절하게 설명해주셔서 좋았습니다. 제가 거의 마지막손님으로 기억하는데 늦은 시간임에도 친절함과 다정함이 넘치는 응대에 감동을 느꼈고, 가게 밖에서 맡은 음식의 냄새 덕분에 주문한 장어덮밥을 기다리는 기간이 기대되고 즐거운 시간이였습니다. 무례할 수도 있는 요청에 흔쾌히 사진을 같이 찍어주신 누님 감사합니다! 다음에는 시기에 맞게 방문하여 꼭 히츠마부시를 먹고야말겠습니다!!!

장어는 너무나 부드럽고, 향은 진하지만 맛은 깔끔하여 먹는것을 멈출 수 없었습니다.

같이 나오는 국물도 정말 맛있었습니다. 이것만으로도 밥한끼 가능할 정도로 고소하고 진한맛이...

かなりの人気店と聞く。なので開店時間に突撃。 ‥近くの駅がない‥。 歩くならいくらでも歩けるのでバスは時間読めないし 歩いて‥

最寄駅から３０分以上歩くやん！（爆）

やむを得ず荻窪駅からバスで。 降りる停留所で、「うなぎのうな藤はこちらです」 と言ってるのには笑った。 地元を代表する有名店というところか。

開店時間２分後に到着。 誰も居ない‥ つか店員さんも出てこん（爆）

いや呼んだら出てきました（笑） その時には後ろに後続客が。

店前に出されてる前述の特うな丼に。 店内の雰囲気は良し。

１５分くらいかかると書いてあったが ２０分経っても出てこず ２５分近くなってちょっと「‥‥」となった頃 出てきたよ（嬉）

おお！すごいなこの見た目！ もう食わなくても分かる。美味いと。 まぁ食べるけど。

ご飯大盛りにしますか？と聞かれて （どう見ても無料サービスっぽい） 一瞬迷ったが普通盛りを。 後続客が大盛りにしてもらってるのを聞いて 少し後悔してたがちゃんとご飯の量はあった。 バランス的にベストな量で。

そりゃうなぎ本体がここまでデカいんだから 当たり前だよね‥（安堵）

ウマウマ。あっという間に完食。満腹だがもっと食いたい‥（気分的に） 久しぶりに本当に美味いうなぎ食べたよ。

行くのめんどくさいけどまた行きます...
