The ingredients he uses are so fresh and sourced locally as much as possible. His pizza crust and foccacia are absolutely perfect, soft on the inside yet crispy on the outside. We also had the delicious carbonara and we loved it so much, we left no trace of sauce on the plate.

I'm not an expert. But this was easily the best Italian food I've had in Japan. The owner-chef is a brilliant host. And with the warm atmosphere, the entire experience was a delight. 20 minute walk from the Tomakomai Station. Right by Idemitsu Culture Park if you want to enjoy a walk before or after.
