Cumin — Restaurant in Tottori

First and foremost. You do not serve samosa's with ketchup. What is that?! That's not Indian. Make a tamarind or a mint chutney sauce or some kind of spicey red sauce. Anything homemade would have been great. It's not that complicated. Samosas aren't French Fries. Very disappointing. You should feel embarrassed with that. I'm a westerner Infusion Chef 30+ years and I know this. I travel the world and that's a no no. Very lazy.

The lassi beverages were okay. The butter chicken sauce was falling short. Though, I liked it as the added heat to it was tasty with that spectacular naan that made it great for dipping. That was the key item at the table. The palak panner needed salt or some type of added spice to lift it up from it's boring dull state. The fish curry wasn't great at all. The pizza naan was also okay but not wow. I will also add. Do not call something a Caesar salad when it is not. That goop of a mess felt like eating a soggy coleslaw. To much bottled dressing over cabbage. Very disappointing experience overall.

Wow! Surprisingly excellent Indian food in a small restaurant in Tottori. One of my dining companions was an accomplished Indian chef and even she was bowled over by the excellent and superbly-spiced dishes. The chicken biryani was brilliant, as were the kebabs. The garlic naan, fresh from the tandoor, was both perfectly crisp and luscious when bitten. The raita was excellent to cool the palate. Finally, the Keema Egg Curry was a combination that was a gustatory pleasure. ...

The most incredible indian restaurant I’ve ever tried in my indian restaurant experience in Japan. We wanted to eat indian with my friend and have found this restaurant by chance. The service was adorable and their meals were amazing! We took and loved the Chicken Korma and the Chicken Dopyaza. The plain nan was huge and of course the taste was delicious, so does the cheese nan. I highly recommand that restaurant if you ever want to eat other than Japanese food...
