Made a reservation for lunch beforehand, which was necessary. We also decided to have the dishes come at the same time. Crab was very voluminous and fresh :) we enjoyed the soup as well.

鳥取でカニを食べるのが初めてだったので、 少し贅沢な極 ‐kiwami- 31,900円のコースを ランチでいただきました。 カニはとっても美味しくお味は全て満足でしたが、カニの量と大きさ的にこの金額は少し高いかなと感じました。 天ぷらがカニ一本で野菜とかもなかったのは衝撃でした。蟹刺しも2本でした。もともとメニューにも1.5杯使用と書いてあるので、仕方ないですね。。 ランチが始まったばかりなので、仕方ないとは思いますが 店員さんも料理の説明がほとんどなく、殻入れもでてきたのが最後でした。トータルでこの金額は…と思ってしまいました😭 カニが美味しかっただけに、少し残念でした。 全て個室でお手洗いも綺麗でした。 専用駐車場はないので歩いてすぐの裏のパーキングに停めました！

2月限定若松葉コース(19000円)を注文しました。

まず店内の雰囲気、対応、水周りの清潔感等はとても良かったです。 トイレから戻る時の案内も嬉しかったです。 ただ料理の途中で鍋物が出てきても取り皿やスプーンを出されず、部屋の中の配膳棚に置いてあるものをこちらで準備しました。

料理に関して 小鉢、味噌の甲羅焼きは非常に美味しかったです。

刺身は2本。 てんぷらは1本で野菜などは無し。 茹でのほうは爪の部分の身があまりにもしょっぱくて海水を飲んでいるような感覚でした。

かにちり鍋の出汁はただのお湯かな？というくらい薄い。 茶碗蒸し、雑炊はほぐされた身が入っているものの特に蟹の味はせず、料理としての味は美味しかったですが蟹のコースで出されるには物足りなかったです。
