Starbucks Coffee - Marier Toyama — Restaurant in Toyama

富山駅前のショッピングセンター『マリエとやま』の1階にあるスターバックスです。建物の外の入り口の外観が遠くからでも目立つもので、さぞ広く客席も多いのだろうと入ったのですが、単にショッピングセンターの1階の一角のみで、客席も多くはない、小規模なお店でした。目的の新幹線を待っている客、学校帰りの学生が利用しているのが多く見られます。PC等を使用して長時間利用している客はほとんど見かけないものの、客の回転はあまりよくないからか、テイクアウトで注文する客の姿の方が多い様に見受けられます。 注文時に担当したスタッフが新人の方だったからか、ややもたつかれた程度で接客の質には特に問題はありません。給仕されたドリンクや料理の質も、他のスターバックスとの差異はありません。

This Starbucks is located on the first floor of the "Marie Toyama" shopping center in front of Toyama Station. モバイルオーダーを利用しました。

3〜5分の提供とのことで、お店に早めに到着してしまい、モバイルオーダー受け渡しの場所が見える、お客さんの邪魔にならない場所で待っておりました。 オーダーから5分後、「注文していた商品ができた」とアプリでの連絡があり、受け渡し場所を見ましたが、商品はありませんでした。 すぐに出てくるだろうと待っていたら一向に商品はでて来ず、店頭で並んだお客さんが数人ドリンクを受け取って帰宅していきます。 結局、アプリの連絡から5分後に受け取り場所にドリンクが置かれ、取りに行きました。

この時点でもやっとしておりましたが、受け取ったフラペチーノがほぼ溶けていました。 本日からの新作を楽しみにしていたのに、とても残念な気持ちになりました。

以前も何度か利用しておりますが、その際は問題なかったと思うのですが、来店毎にクオリティが変わってしまうのは…と思いました。

モバイルオーダーにしても、アプリで受け取り可能だと連絡がきてから受け取り場所をみてもなかなか商品が出てこないことが以前にもありました。 また、受け取り場所ではなく、棚のようなところにただ置かれており、自分のものなのかレジで並んでいた方のものなのか分からず、暫く待っても一向に受け取り場所に置かれないテイクアウト用の袋があり、こちらから声を掛けると自分に渡されたこともあります。

モバイルオーダーでの提供時間の目安と実際に渡せる時間に差が出るのはお店の混雑状況により仕方のないことだとは思いますが、こちらのお店での対応は少し違うのではないかと思ってしまいました。

夜に訪れた際も、お客さんが少ない時間に、店員さんのお知り合いの方が来られたのか、お客さんがいるにも関わらず何人かの店員さんがその方と談笑したりしていたので、今まで行ったスタバではこのようなことなかった…と思ってしまいました。
