The one star is totally due to my own personal taste - for me, I found it to be WAY TOO SALTY, so salty until I can’t finish it. Perhaps it’s salty to begin with, so they do not offer flavoured egg on their menu and the chashu is also the thick cut ones. Read online that this is the original toyama black ramen and so I decided to give it a try. Although I said it was extremely salty for me, I do not have regrets trying! It’s still an experience.
