どんぶり専門店 丼丼亭 津駅チャム店 — Restaurant in Tsu

津駅の商業施設『津チャム』の2階のレストランフロアにあるレストランの1つです。店名に『丼』とあるように、うどんやそばだけでなく、天丼等、どんぶりに盛られた料理全般のメニューがほとんどを占めているのが特徴です。 同じフロアに複数のレストランがありますが、このレストランはその中でも最も勧めづらい印象を持ちました。どのスタッフも忙しなく動いているのですが、サービス全体がシステム化されていないからか、どのスタッフも全く余裕が無いように見受けられました。そのため、注文のためにスタッフを呼ぼうとしても、気づくのに5分以上要することもあります。注文後の給仕も同様で、かなり時間を要しました（2〜3テーブル程空きがあり、店外に待ち客がいないにも関わらず、注文から給仕までにかなりの時間を要しました）。厨房内も食器を扱うガチャガチャした音が鳴り響き、落ち着いて食事をする雰囲気ではありませんでした。 一方で、給仕される料理の質や味付けには全く問題がありません。しっかりと拵えられ、細部まで味付けが施されており、またうどんのモチモチ感も素晴らしく、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。料理は素晴らしいのに、接客対応が散々であったため、次の利用はあまり考えられず、他の方へのお勧めも控えようと思わざるを得ませんでした。

It's one of the restaurants on the restaurant floor on the second floor of "Tsu Chum", a commercial facility in Tsu Station. As the name "Don" implies, most of the menu features not only Udon and Soba, but also Tendon and other dishes served in a bowl in general. There are several restaurants on the same floor, but this restaurant seemed the most difficult to recommend among them. All the staff were working very busily, but it seemed that none of them had any time to spare, perhaps because the entire service was not systematized. Therefore, it sometimes took more than 5 minutes to notice when you tried to call a staff member to place an order. The same was true for serving after ordering, which took quite a bit of time (even though there were about 2-3 tables available and no customers waiting outside the restaurant, it took quite a long time from ordering to serving). The kitchen also had a clattering sound of dishes being handled, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. On the other hand, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality and seasoning of the dishes served. The dishes were well prepared and seasoned to the last detail, and the udon was wonderfully chewy and delicious to the last bite. The dishes were excellent, but the customer service was so poor that I would not consider using the restaurant again, and I would not recommend...

One of the restaurants in Chum 2nd Floor near Tsu Station. The place had several counterseats and few tables available inside. They have an extensive menu and many options for set meals. 待ち時間が長すぎる。駅の中に併設された店だが、電車待ちで食事をしたい人からしたら、この客の回転率の悪さでは諦めざる終えない。サラリーマンとかには特にオススメしない。周りには他のレストランやフードコートがあるが、この店だけ異常に断トツで待ち時間が長い。比較的待ち客が少なくご当地名物を置いているのでこの店を選んだが、3倍以上並んでるチェーンレストランのサイゼリアの方が回転率がよく、並んでる客はさっさと店内に入ってしまった。一方この店は何人と立ちながら待ってるのに座って待つ椅子は４人分ほど。立ちながら１時間30分は待った。どんぶり専門店とのことだが、味も平均といったところ。黒い服スタッフ(確認。店長のホリハタ。)ですが、注文したら注文内容を確認してくるが、失笑や小馬鹿にした態度が本当に腹が立った。例えば「津ギョーザ1つください」っていったら、小馬鹿にしながら「これは2つで1セットなんですよ、1つってことですか？笑」とか、「タレを３種類の中から選んでもらわないと～ウンチャラカンチャラ(笑)」とニヤニヤしながら慣れてない観光客を馬鹿にするような対応をされた。結局、津ギョーザ１セット注文したのに1つしかこなかったし。そっちから吹っ掛けてきたのに、注文ミスも酷すぎる。自分なら良いが親孝行で三重県に旅行に連れてきた両親にそのような態度をされたのでキレそうになった。その他スタッフもヤル気がなさそーな雰囲気。待ち客がいるのにトロトロと動いて覇気を感じられない。上のスタッフが接客がなってないというのは如何なものかと。席のお茶も空。再び三重県に旅行に行くとは思うが、この店には二度と来ない。接客、料理ほか全てにおいてチェーンレストランの方が勝ってる。後悔しかない。旅行中にも関わらず...
