ステーキ 花まさ — Restaurant in Tsukuba

Hanamasa the restaurant (not to be confused with the supermarket) is a restaurant serving all-beef hamburgers and steaks. It's part of the "Central Hotel" near to the Asahi bicycle shop.

The payment system is unusual for a restaurant like this in that you buy a ticket from the machine before sitting down. There are various steak and hamburger dishes available with prices starting from 1,000 yen for the hamburger set meals, and going up for steak set meals. I don't remember all of the options but they also have alcoholic drinks which you buy from the same machine.

I chose the "cheese-in-hamburg" which was 1,000 yen. It came with rice, soup, salad, and some side dishes. The hamburger itself was not the usual Japanese kind with onions mixed in but a pure beef hamburger. The cheese was actually on top of it rather than inside. It was a fairly substantial amount of meat. There were also some side dishes of some sort of bean sprouts flavoured with sesame oil and some spicy pasta on the sizzling plate which held the hamburger. The soup, rice and salad came on their own dishes. Everything was very good and it seemed quite a bargain for 1,000 yen. The waiter was a rather friendly man of somewhat advanced years.

The atmosphere of the place is very nice, everything is clean and the decor is quite pleasant. It sort of looks like this was the hotel bar at one time. セントラルホテル内にある、本格ステーキやハンバーグが食べられる穴場のレストラン「ステーキ＆ハンバーグ 花まさ」さんへ来店しました。

１１時１５分に来店で先客はいませんでしたがお昼時にかけて続々と来店されています。 カウンター席４席とテーブル席５卓、店内奥にも席があります。

疲れると肉食べたくなるので焼肉か、ステーキで悩んだ結果より近い方のステーキに。 いつも横を素通りしている花まささん、初来訪。

大通りから見えるのに車は大通りから入っていけない（面していない）のは知っていたのですが夕方の暗さもあり駐車場を探すのに迷い、入り口に迷い… ツレが車停めている間に営業しているか確認しに入ったのですが？？ホテルのロビーのようなところを抜ける？ん？ここどこ？こっちかな？

レストランのおばちゃんに奇跡的に会え「ここ（レストラン）は入り口が３か所にあるから分かりにくいよね」とのことでした。人に会えて安心しました。 中は家族連れでいっぱいでした。人居なさそうなのに（失礼！）奥にこんなに人が集まっていた＝良い店😋の雰囲気漂います。 お子さん方は運ばれて来る鉄板の上のハンバーグに釘付け私たちのお腹も鳴ります。

券売機でメニューを選び、私は花まさステーキ、ツレはダブル花まさステーキ。 サラダが冷たくてたっぷり。ドレッシングも酸っぱすぎず美味。スープも薄めに薄めた感じではなく、優しいお味のかき玉スープでした。 ステーキはじゅうじゅう言いながらサーブされ、レアな状態でしたが食べている間に鉄板の温度で中まで焼ける感じ。 すごく肉の味が良いと思います。しっかりと味付けされているのでソースなくても行ける。野生味あふれる、と言うのかな？「肉食べてる〜」の満足度高い。 ダブルでも行けたな（白米なかったら）…と、ツレのお肉をチラ見しながら思いました。 ソースは味変に美味しかった、味噌？のような後味がしたような気がして。こだわりがあるのかもしれません。

お値段も上がったとのコメントも見ましたがまだまだお値打ちと思います。 次はさらにお得なランチに来たいです...
