The bakery workshop is right behind the sales area, and there is no screen, so you can see the baker in action. There are various pastries such as made from pears or cherries. Typical cost seems to be around 300 yen for one item. I had the bâtard and a croissant. It was nice but it is more expensive than Mühle's. (I don't know why but Google Maps thinks this is a restaurant. There didn't seem to be anywhere to sit or eat in the shop so I think Google Maps got this wrong.)

The staff is friendly and the baked goods are delicious and picturesque. Its amazing how they make the bread into cute characters. I highly recommend that you try the "long sausage". Its like a super sized pig in a blanket.

408号線をちょっと入ったとこにあるつくば市のパン屋さん／ベーカリーです。コインランドリーの隣にあって、供用と思われるそこそこ広い駐車場があるので、車でも行きやすいです。 日曜日の14時くらいに行きましたが、あまりパンが残ってませんでした。行くならお昼前には行った方がいいかも。 総評としてはコスパがいいとは言いませんが値段に見合って普通においしいです。全体的に小ぶりでかわいい見た目のものも多いので、差し入れとかにいいかも。 クロワッサン 190円。外側だけクリスピーで中はふんわり系。バター感が強すぎずちょうどいいです。朝食とかに軽く食べられそう。 ハリネズミのチョコパン 150円くらい。見た目はかわいくチョコクリームも程よく香りが強く特別感があります。ただ小さいので、子供用か土産用で自分用には今後は買わないかなー。 ゴマあんぱん 80円くらい。めっちゃ小さい。2倍のサイズで160円だったら高いとは思わないかもしれないが、なぜかこれだと高いと思ってしまう。ごま感がいい感じに強く美味しかったです。生地は硬すぎず柔らかすぎずという感じでした。
