Good option during lunch, when other places have a long line. You'll have to wait here too, but they have a lot of seats and a space to wait inside the shop, so you'll at least be warm. Ramen is alright. Their specialty is meat. You can choose from several (6?) styles of meet - less/more fat, softer/tougher. There're also different types of ramen too. Be sure to write your name on the waiting list inside and the staff will call you when table opens. I'm not sure about proper hygiene in this place. Waitress who were bringing bowl with ramen were not wearing gloves, but their fingers were touching the insides of plates and the soup inside, as they were rushing around, also spilling it on the floor. They were also wearing rings and earrings, I just hope non of that will end up in...

Last week, weekday evening, visited for the third time. I think I got the shrimp salt ramen....? Very rich shrimp taste. Personally felt it was a bit too rich/thick and had husband help me out in the end. But was still good nonetheless. I’ve always loved their variety, so I would very much like to visit again and try something else. Maybe something with a clearer soup... And yes, probably difficult to order if you can’t read...

R3.3.12追記 各種気になり平日金曜日の昼食時に再訪問。 この日は、待ちはなく到着順にご案内、カウンターにも空席がり、着席後7分で麺到着、当然ながら、混雑具合で到着時間は変わります。余裕を持って入店する必要があります。 ｢煮干しラーメン｣を注文しましたが、一口目の煮干し由来の匂いが強くスープ、麺ともに好みは分かれます。 小生は、次回は別のスープ、麺にします。
