Something about the miso tsukemen here is oddly addicting... It has just the right combination of saltiness, spiciness, and sourness. I found it a bit weird at first, and I'm also a baby when it comes to spicy food, but after having the tsukemen maybe five or so times by now, I see what the hype is about.
The place is run by one old man who trained under one of the legendary ramen masters (...apparently?), so your noodles will take a while to get to you since he does everything himself. He also has quite the personality, according to the regulars.
