Authentic Italian cuisine in Japan run by a young couple. It’s definitely worth the drive or train trip from Tokyo or anywhere in Japan! The chef studied in Italy and worked at different restaurants there so you’ll be expecting to taste something straight from Italy and not some fusion to fit the tastebuds of the locals. The pasta are freshly kneaded before the meal and you can see them being prepared. The ham and cheese are also made from scratch. The interior also gives the feeling like you’re being transported to Italy. All of the furnitures, some antiques and memorabilia were imported from Italy. The wife of the chef who serves the food is very friendly and attentive. The dishes were amazing and can’t really find any wrong with them. If you’re planning to come here, be sure to make a reservation because they can be busy at times and they have to prepare the food beforehand in order to keep everything fresh.
