2023のクリスマスケーキをどこで買おうか迷ったが、メインがイタリアンだったので、デザートはホールではなく、シャトレーゼの個別ケーキにした。サンタさんやトナカイ、スノーマンなど子どもが喜びそうなものと手土産用の和栗のモンブランを購入。山梨県が本社なだけに、ぶどうのスパークリングジュースもすごく美味しい。瓶を購入して量り売りのワインも次回是非購入してみたい。

ベビーカーだと狭い箇所あり(^_^;) あと若い男性店員さんでこちらはベビーカーなのに全然どいてくれないし（商品補充中…にしてもお客さん来たら普通どくだろ）無愛想で『お前達が邪魔で迂回して補充しましたぁ〜』みたいな感じの心の声がだだ漏れで胸くそでした。 ベビーカーのお客さんもいらっしゃるだろうに、こっちが悪いみたいなオーラ出すなら配置考えろ。 こっちは客だから退けるところまでしか退けないよ？店員がイラつくのはお門違いだろ。 レジに並ぶ時も狭く設置されたポールが邪魔で進めなかったし…なんかないんか？対策は。 狭い店舗が悪いのか配置が悪いのか知らないけどベビーカーにはか『ー★』よ。

緊急事態宣言の影響を受け、営業時間が０９時００分～２０時００分に短縮になっていた。

立ち寄った時間は、夕方１８時頃であったが、駐車場はとても混雑しており、１台出ては、１台停めるの繰り返し状態であった。駐車スペースは、１５台位。 ただ、隣接する所に、「かっぱ寿司」の大型駐車場があるので、ご飯帰りに寄るには良いと思います。

お店の広さは、大人が２０人くらい入ると１m以上の間隔は保てなくなるので、混雑時は注意が必要。

シャトレーゼは大好きで鶴ヶ島店をよく利用しますが、日曜日の午前中、店内とても混んでいました。カゴいっぱいに商品を入れレジへ。 忙しいからなのか、女性店員の対応がとても悪く、スキャンした商品を次々力強くテーブルへ。プラスチックケースに入った和菓子が中で振動で揺れていました。 包装も、ガシャガシャと音を立てる程です。 その乱暴な商品の扱いにガッカリしました。 楽しみにシャトレーゼ行き、帰りはとても気分が悪く帰りました。 もっと、自社の商品を大切に扱うべきです。 次回は違う...
