McDonald's — Restaurant in Tsurugashima

One of the few McDonald's in the area that serves breakfast, and it opens at 6AM (though I usually don't get there THAT early)! It's nice to have a spot open before 10AM, and grab a nice hashbrown and McMuffin. I've only been here in the morning, but if you get in before 9AM it's really not crowded at all, even on the weekends. Perfect for a peaceful early breakfast out if you want an alternative to Starbucks, and of course it has all your classic McDonald's fare for different mealtimes. They have seats both indoors and outdoors, and although these days I try to eat outdoors given the current situation, they've got a nice space indoors for eating. The drive through and parking lot are both spacious, the bike parking is convenient, and it's right on route 407 so if you're on your way to Sakado or Hidaka by car it's very convenient. It also isn't far from the Tsurugashima Interchange for the Kan-Etsu Expressway (E17). It's always clean and the staff are helpful, that may change later in the day but at least during the times I've been there it's neat and tidy and the floor and tables are kept clean...

The worst establishment during the weekend! I ordered the combo and they forgot to put the soda in the bag and the fries arrived completely cold, crushed and shriveled! I know it's busy during the weekend, but forgetting to add the item is...

ドライブスルーで 平日ほぼ同じ時間帯の昼マック購入で いつも同じ２セットにパイを注文してますが！しょっちゅう金額の違いが有り？何故？と思ってましたが！レシートも捨ててたし さほど気にしてませんでしたが！それにしては 頻繁に有り レシート残して また次の時のレシート確認して 違いが分かりセンターに 問い合わせしたら 昼マックが 通常料金で販売になってますって事でした！じゃ 気付く前の変だなぁと思って事10回じゃ済まないってくらい高く買わされてた事になる！

他には 帰って食べようとしたら 注文と品物が違う！これが３回有りました！ナプキンも 無かったり 3セット買ったのに 3枚しか無いって事も何度か有ります！

それに昼マックを注文して セット内容の飲み物やナゲットの指定して 会計したらえっ 何故高いと 気付き確認したら 全部 単品で精算された事も有りましたし！注文してるのに 返事もしない時も有るし 聞いてるかさえ 分からない時も有る！

後は ポテトは 半々の割合で グズポテトで短い物ばかりに 味の無い時もしばし バーガーもレタスは 細かいグズの時もしょっちゅうで 残り物の詰め合わせのようです！それにいつもポテトが量もメニュー写真より かなり少ないので Ｌサイズに変更しても写真とは 似付かないほどの違いで Ｌで通常のMサイズってくらい少ない！！ ドリンクは 帰宅まで5・6分ですが いつも炭酸が無いので 今度は 氷無しにしましたが さほど変わら無く 結局は 炭酸足してます！改善 頼みましたが 店で確認は 問題無いって そりゃ 入れたて直ぐは 問題無いだろうし 改善の意味も無くて アイスコーヒーに変えた！ とにかく いろんな問題が 他にも有る店舗ですから...
