Kumonito Chinese style noodle ramen specializing in sardine broth ramen. Seemed like A family run restaurant, very friendly service and warm and welcoming chef. Also Children friendly dining with low tables and kids seats and toy decorations. Very comfortable place to eat with toddlers. Chuka soba is Chinese noodles which is chewy type ramen made from wheat. Served with onion chyashu and bamboo They have automated ordering machine making it easy to order with side options to choose from like nori , extra onion, rice and more. Many ways to customize your ramen, from size small medium large, broth type light med rich, also 2 type of noodle to choose from thin and thick type. There is also option to choose from soup based , less soup concentrated broth and a separate dip sauce ramen.

Went here alone for dinner. The moment I entered the restaurant, I could already smell the niboushi broth😍. They have both counter sitting (perfect if you're alone) and tatami. When I got to my seat, the waiter provided a bag holder so that I didn't have to put my bag on the floor. The ramen is ordered by purchasing a ticket at first, so you don't really have to be able to speak Japanese to eat here. They have several options to choose, like the richness of soup and the width of the noodle. I picked wide noodles and rich soup. The saltiness was just right, and the broth was rich without being overwhelming on my tastebuds. The noodles are soft with a nice chew. [2024年1月　再訪] またまた仕事で当地を訪れた際に訪問。この日は16時くらいの訪問で前客チラホラ、待たずに着席。 今回は極煮干し中華を頂きました。980円也。 煮干し感の強い、表面に背脂が浮いていても、でもベースはアッサリした醤油スープ。 麺は結構太目の縮れ麺で食感強め、食べ応えあります。 具材は大き目のバラロール2枚に太目のメンマが結構沢山。あと長ネギ。 全体にバランスよくすこぶる美味しいラーメンです！ お店は広く、接客応対も極めて感じいいです。 鶴岡訪問時は絶対に立ち寄りたい、そんなお店です。

[2023年12月　訪問] 仕事で当地を訪れた際に訪問。平日の17時くらいで前客４名ほどと空いていました。 この日は煮干し中華、細麵、こってりを頂きました。900円也。茹で加減は普通にて。 スープは煮干しの効いたベースはアッサリ、そこに背脂が入ってコッテリ感を出している、と言う感じのスープ。麺は細麵といいながらも結構な太さと縮れ具合で食べ応えありスープの持ち上げも良く、小麦の風味も強くかなり美味しい麺です！ 合わせる具材は大き目なバラロールチャーシュー2枚と刻み長ネギに細目のメンマが沢山。シンプルながらこちらも食べ応えあります。 お店は広く、カウンター8席くらいに小上がりがあります。家族連れにも優しい感じ。 お店の方の接客応対もすこぶる感じが良いです。 入ってすぐ左に券売機があるのですが、こちらが最新鋭！と言う感じでメニュー一覧できず、ツリー形式で選ぶのでハッキリ言って判り難いです。 それ以外は全てに完璧！と言う感じで好みの美味し...
