We went to this place for dinner. We had veg curry and aloo gobi with sesame naan and butter naan. Everything tasted amazing. Our highlight was the veg curry. The owner/staff was very kind. ネパール・インド好きのお友達と2回目のディナーに伺いました。前もって友達がお店に聞いてくれて念願のダルバート！先日いただいたカレーやナンももちろん美味しいですが、ダルバートはもっと好き！！ネパールに行ったことはありませんが、ネパールでは日常的に食べる定食のようなものらしいです。スープのようなものはダールーといって豆のカレー、真ん中にはバスマティライス、生野菜、菜っぱの炒めたの、カリフラワーの炒めたの（？）、大根アチャール（漬物）、トマトのアチャール、ポテトサラダ、パパド（豆の粉で作った揚げ煎餅）とメインのカレーはマトン（その他には野菜かチキンが選べます）がワンプレートに乗ってきました。本場では全てご飯にかけて手で少しずつ混ぜながら手で感触を、また味の変化を楽しみながら食べるそうですが、私はスプーンで頂きました。マトンのカレー最高！！今度もまたリピート確定です。バスマティライスはあっさりサラサラいただけるし、野菜が沢山なのでとても日本人に合うと思います。ちなみに前日までに言っておくとスムーズに出て来るそうですが、当日でも時間が少しかかっても大丈夫なら提供してくれるそうです。みなさんぜひお試しください。 ちなみに再度伺った時にはカレーのセット（写真3）にしたのですが、ナンではなくチャパティに変更してもらいました。インドやネパールではナンよりもチャパティを良く食べます。全粒粉（アタと言います）と水をこねて発酵させない簡単なパンですが、非常にあっさりしておりカレーに合いますし、食物繊維が沢山含まれているので便秘に良いそうです。これもまたおすすめです！

JR宇治駅から10分ほど歩いた場所にあるカレー屋さん。観光地から離れている穴場にありますが、地元の方だけでなく外国の方も訪れます。 ランチで訪問し、Aセットをチーズナン変更で注文。日本人の好みに合わせたという触れ込み通り、日本人に慣れ親しまれた味です。スパイスの主張はさほど強くなく、しかし確かにコクがあります。辛さは調節できますが、リクエストすると追加でスパイス（油漬けチリパウダー）をもらえるので、もとの辛さを控えめにすれば苦手な方でも安心です。私は激辛（上から2番目）でお願いしましたが、辛いものが好きな方なら無理なく食べられる辛さでした。チーズナンは少し甘みのある生地でチーズをたっぷり包んでおり、カレーによく合います。 ランチはプレーンナンのおかわりが1枚無料でもらえたのでそちらも注文。しっかり焼き上げるスタイルで、パリパリ感を味わえました。 店員さんの接客も素晴らしく、すぐに水を持ってきてくれたり、辛さをしっかり確認してくれたり、とても満足できました。

The store is spacious, so you can relax and enjoy your time here. By the time I left, customers were arriving one after another. and the customer service is good.The curry ranges from sweet to 5levels, and when you go from spicy to spicy, medium spicy 2 is the easiest to eat. Amazing food, service and experience. I came here not knowing much about Nepalese cuisine but after speaking with the owner bishal San I feel I have a better understanding of the culture. 10/10 recommend visiting this amazing small business.
