Not sure if hospitality should not be expected for food court ramen but they called your number before everything was ready and proceed to just pointing where to put the beeper without saying anything while making the noodles with an angry face. Food is not bad. 失礼ですね、残念。

I ordered the Akamaru Modern and Shiromaru Classic for my mom. Akamaru modern definitely taste much nicer than the classic one and today the food court was pretty quiet, alot of available seats. 👍👍👍

一風堂のラーメンは、やはり期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。豚骨スープは濃厚でありながら後味はすっきりしていて、旨味がしっかりと口に広がります。麺は細麺で歯切れが良く、スープによく絡んで最後まで飽きずに楽しめました。トッピングのチャーシューも柔らかく、スープとの相性が抜群で、まさに博多ラーメンの王道を味わえます。 さらに魅力的なのは、同じフードコート内に「やまや」があること。やまやの明太子やからし高菜、ご飯を一緒に注文すれば、まるで福岡で食事をしているような気分になります。明太子ご飯と博多ラーメンを交互に楽しむ贅沢さは格別で、食べ進めるたびに「博多にいるんじゃないか」と錯覚してしまうほどでした。 ラーメン単体でも大満足ですが、やまやとの組み合わせで体験できる“博多セット”はぜひ試してほしいです。フードコートという気軽な場所でここまで福岡気分を味わえるのは本当に嬉しいポイント。 また必ず行きたいと思えるほど満足度の高い一杯でした。ラーメン好き、明太子好き、福岡グルメを手軽に楽しみたい方には強くおすすめします！

一風堂～初見参🔰‼️ お店お薦めで一番高価な品『特製赤丸』をオーダーしました。😃✌️。先ず、メニューに載ってある品と現物の大きな違いに、愕然www。😖⤵️。あはは...これはある意味、ラーメン屋あるあるですね❗それとちょっと、高いな‼️これはwww

まあまあ、味は普通に美味しいですよ‼️。辛味も程よく、良い塩梅でジンワリ来る辛さです。辛いのが苦手な方でも問題なく行けちゃうと思いますよ。😃✌️。すり胡麻や酢で味変楽しんじゃいました。

さて好みは様々で、根強い『一風堂』ファンの方々には叱られるかも？知れませんが...自分の趣向で言うと...ラーメン暖暮＞一風堂って感じかな？
