昼に入りました。 イオンの４階に在る店ですが、通し営業ではないみたいです。昼は14時30分がラストオーダーで、営業は15時00分迄みたいです。 席は区切られていたので全体は見えなかったですが、カウンターは無さそうです。席は多いみたいです。 通路に対して開けているので、通路で話す人が居ると煩いかなと思います。タイミング悪く雑談に興じるオバチャンのグループが後から来て、煩くて困りました。 頼んだのは《炭焼きハンバーグ200g》1089円。《満足セット》495円。合計1584円です。スープか味噌汁が選べて、ライスと味噌汁の場合は両方お代わり出来ます。スープは出来ないみたいですね。 肉は丸く形成された物で、肉はミディアムレアなので、半分に切ってから鉄板に押し付けて、火を通してくださいとのこと。しかし、写真を見てもらえれば分かるように、肉は表面だけ焼かれただけで、ほぼ生肉でした。中もまだ冷たく、鉄板に押し付けても充分に火を通す事が出来ません、ペレットが無いので、鉄板の温度も直ぐに冷めて中途半端にしか加熱出来なかったです。 炭火焼きと書いてありましたが、此れはオーブン等で加熱したのではと思う焼き上がりです。炭火焼きなら遠赤外線の効果で、もう少し火が通ると思うのですがね。炭火焼きだとしても、本当に表面に焼きが入る程度の短時間しか焼いていないのでしょう。 肉は筋が多くて、脂が多かったです。脂身をかなり加えたタイプですね。加熱が不充分なので、脂のネットリした食感が際立ちました。筋や脂が多いだけに、火をしっかり通さないと食味が悪いです。 付け合わせのポテトはマッシュポテトではなくポテサラでした。此れはサラダに付けるべきでしょうね。 ブロッコリーは茹ですぎでフニャフニャ。多分冷凍のでしょう。サラダとライスは普通。 味噌汁の出汁は悪くないです。コーヒーは苦味がやや強くて、豆の旨味は感じられませんが、ブラックで飲めました。 悪いとは言いませんが、また来たいと思える味ではないですね。肉質も良くないし、炭火焼きの良さを活かしているとは言い難いとの印象です。 ごちそうさまでした。

We needed a place to eat to accommodate a large relatively large group of people (13). The food was delicious and the service was beyond excellent.
