Amazing Hotel! Stayed in the new tower that was opened in Jan 2018 and it was an incredible stay. We arrived at 2pm and they were so nice and polite, took all of our information and explained the property and all the services. They assisted us to the new tower about 100 yards away and we waited about 5 minutes while they called to have our room cleaned so we get our keys early. The hotel has free shuttle bus to Disney and I recommend you use it everyday to get into Tokyo by train from the Disneyland drop off point all you do is turn around and walk up the stairs to the bridge that goes to mall and the train station. Another great option is to take the Disneyland limo bus from the domestic terminals at both airports in Tokyo (haneda was $8 one way and narita is $18) get off the limo bus and go to station Six about 20 feet away and get on the free shuttle to Hotel Emion. Breakfast is good with plenty of options but some of the american dishes were a little cold but just ask a server to heat it up and they will be more then happy to help. Every employee is so nice and helpful, they take great pride in their job and are always smiling and working hard to make everyone feel like they are at home. There’s a 7-11 across the street that has awesome late night chicken sticks and there is a small store in the hotel lobby area that is not overpriced and has a decent selection of food, snacks, and drinks but the 7-11 is fully stocked. This Hotel is truly a winner with cleanliness, pride in ownership with all the employees, quiet location and accessible to the the train station and Disney by the free shuttle bus that runs all hours except 11pm till 6:30am. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel that knows how to take care of...
Read moreWe love this hotel! We are still here at the moment and wish we could stay longer. We only booked two nights, in their tower building ( the other one is called square, only like 100 metres away), in a twin room type b. The cool thing about this room type is that it is 60 metres, with two twin beds, and inside the room there’s a separate tatami room that has futons (Japanese tatami beds). So you get privacy. The room sleeps six, but there were only four of us and with 60 metres it feels very spacious. There is a bathroom, a separate shower, and double basins. And a separate toilet. The room is very clean and there are lots of amenities. And we have a great balcony that gives us uninterrupted view of fireworks at Disneyland for two nights!||The room was also under us200 per night, a real bargain for the quality and comfort. Our kids said this was their favourite hotel during this trip, even though our other two hotels were both excellent. We agree. ||The shuttle bus to Disney is very frequent and comfortable, and makes our very long and tiring day that much better. ||We had both of our dinners at AEON mall, which is about 8 minutes flat walk. The yakiniku store on the 4th floor was great, and our second dinner was at the food court, having inakiri steak and udon. There’s also a really good supermarket on the ground floor. ||You can buy Disney tickets at the hotel reception too, but strangely they only take cash. This is the only slightly odd thing but we had no problem buying our tickets on the day at DisneySea - there was no one queuing for tickets, just people queuing to get into the park. ||Overall a superb stay and we will remember this hotel fondly. It will be our first choice for the next...
