McDonald's Utsunomiya West Exit store — Restaurant in Utsunomiya

Location: Exactly west exit of JR Utsunomiya station. 1 min walking distance from station. You will find this MacD at 1st floor near to Chisun Hotel.

Ambience: Mostly students are enjoying their meal here. Place is quiet and cosy. Around 12pm and 18:00pm MacD is more busy.

Working Hrs: Morning 6:00am to 23:00pm

Payment: Cash and card payment is accepted. Per person 500 JPY to 1000 JPY budget is ok to have food here.

Food quality: 1 meal portion usually at 540 yen is enough for 1 person. They will give 1 burger, 1 beverage and Medium size fries along with sauce. Food is hot and tasty.

Staff: Staffs are very friendly and orders are served hot here. For foreigners like us there is one Iran citizen good english speaking girl staff. She is serving best by understanding your food requirement. Also there is one Indian Hindi speaking staff available too. Both are very cooperative.

I don’t usually rate McDonald’s but this shop was pretty exceptional.

Went in and order the usual fare plus a few other items.

It looked like a newbie was being trained by a shift manager / trainer and the newbie did a pretty good job but the trainer stepped in and let us know that if we put certain items in a particular order, we would get all our items but at cheaper combo prices.

I’ve had other places help out this way on other occasions, but the delivery by the trainer was really natural. This was someone who took pride in their job and training and helping others.

Conveniently located opposite the train station. This small McD is open 24hours. Get your Mac fix at any time! Always try their seasonal special as it's usually not found else where except Japan. Place is quiet and cosy. Can find students inside studying or just chatting over a meal. Staffs are very friendly and orders are served hot and snappy. Very good service. Price is about the same worldwide but the taste can be rather different here. Do try it...
