Just half an hour drive outside Kansai Airport, amazing quality and variety. A small, intimate space, clean & welcoming but limited seating so reservations advised. Delicious! Set course menu with each dish prepared intricately with care. We had a 7 course meal not including the bread with house made whipped olive oil spread. The place only seats 8 so it’s best to have a reservation. The chef sources most of his ingredients from individual farms and makes all of his own pastas. 初めての来店で予約を取ろうとするとこの日はトリュフの特別コースしかないとのこと。 通常コース２種類を両方食べる値段ですが、せっかくだから、とお願いしました。 トリュフ自体ほぼ食べたことないのに大丈夫かな、と不安でしたが、、大丈夫でした！

苦手な鶏のレバーも出ましたが、トリュフがしっかり入っていて、美味しくいただけました。

１つだけある小さな最大３名の個室に通してもらったので、落ち着けましたが、料理の説明がカウンターの人に比べて簡単だったので、カウンターの人に説明しているのを聞き耳立てて聞いていました。
