PRONTO - Kiːno Wakayama — Restaurant in Wakayama

This restaurant is located just outside of the JR Wakayamashi Station exit. Overall, the food portions are very small but match the low pricing on a lot of the food. We especially enjoyed the Blue Hawaii Cream Soda, but the quality of the food was average. It would be much better if they increased the prices by double, and allowed portion sizes to be bigger and more ingredients to be used in the dishes. Recommended that you order more than one main...

Avoid at all costs. Decent food but our experience was completely undermined by the disappointingly substandard service. We waited almost 2 hours for our food to be served, and were also charged for items we DID NOT ORDER.

The staff here should be completely ashamed of themselves for their completely abysmal service.

和歌山市駅の複合施設『キーノ和歌山』の1階にあるカフェです。キーノ和歌山には多数のレストランやカフェが入居していますが、平日休日問わずランチタイムでも比較的空いており、且つドリンクや料理がすぐに給仕されるカフェとして利用できるお店だと思います。和歌山市駅発の電車や関西空港行きのバスの時間調整に利用するといいでしょう。 カウンター席に充電用の電源コンセントが設置されているため、勉強目的で利用する学生も多くいますが、ほとんどの場合で黙々と作業しています。外からの光も充分に取り入れられているため店内は充分に明るく、快適に過ごすことが出来ます。

This cafe is located on the first floor of the "Kino Wakayama" complex in Wakayama City Station. There are many restaurants and cafes in Kino Wakayama, but I think this is a cafe that is relatively empty even during lunch time on weekdays and holidays, and serves drinks and dishes immediately. It's a good place to use by when you need to catch a train from Wakayama City Station or a bus to Kansai Airport. Since the counter seats are equipped with power outlets for charging, there are many students who use the cafe for study purposes, but in most cases they work quietly.
