18時30分頃に伺いました。テーブル席や座敷は8割ほど埋まっており、カウンターは7席(多分)のうち2席埋まっておりました(そのうち一人は客？店員？なのかわからず)。 入店早々、店主のおばさんより「とても時間かかるけど大丈夫？」と言われました。お店は30人以上入りそうですが、お一人で経営されているようですので、実際のcapacityはその半分程度かと思われます。 ビールと雲丹のお刺身を注文し、待つこと約10分で、提供されました。お刺身などはすぐ提供されましたが、炒めものや揚げものは、時間がかかりそうです。 雲丹のお刺身は、味、量ともに文句なしでした。とても美味しく頂戴しました。食事中も、お客さんは途切れず、若干席が空いているにも関わらず、「満席だよ！」と、少しぶっきらぼうに断っていましたが、それは「お客さんに迷惑をかけたくない」という思いから来ているものと感じました。

ということで、本当は星5と思ってますが、あまりお客さん(特に観光客)が増えすぎてもお店には良くなさそうという勝手な考えから、星1にしております。こういうお店は、店の様子をみて、「早くできそうな○○を注文しよう」という対応ができない人は行かない方がいいと思います。 また機会があれば、...
