Pizzeria da Tsurubara — Restaurant in Yamaga

The pizza is incredible. Each ingredient feels handpicked and seasonal, from the flour to the tomato sauce. The pizza is fired at a high temperature, so the crust comes out burnt and beautiful. It is truly a wonderful product.

The atmosphere is also something else. The old world Japan mixed with the design sensibility of an Italian Nona.

I came here thinking it had a nice atmosphere. However, it was hot inside the store. No countermeasures were taken. The store staff's response was unfriendly. It takes a long time from ordering to being served.

GW初日のお昼の13:00過ぎに到着、 お店は結構一杯だったけど、 たまたま空いた席にすぐに座ることができた。

注文がきてからこねて丁寧に石窯で焼かれてるようで ピザが出てくるまでそれなりに時間がかかるが 待ち時間に店内を見たり、 きれいなお手洗いにいったりりしてたら、 待ち時間はそんなにきにならなかった。 （時間に余裕が無い場合はやめた方が良い）

ランチメニューは 税込み770～1,650円ぐらいのピザに ドリンクやデザート、サラダを付ける感じで

ピザの値段 ＋100円でドリンク付き（Aランチ） ＋200円でドリンク＋ミニサラダ付き（Gランチ） ＋300円でドリング＋デザート付き（Pランチ） ＋600円でドリンク＋ミニサラダ＋デザート付き（Sランチ） というセット内容が主なメニュー。

他にもピザではないので？ ランチというネーミングに違和感があるが、、 デザートの値段（3種類ぐらいある） ＋100円でドリンク付き（Dランチ） のランチセットもある

今回は、家族4人で訪問したので 最安のマリナーラ＋ドリング（770+100円） 期間限定の山鹿産アスパラガスとスモークベーコンのピッザ（1,430+100円） チョコとアーモンドのデザートピザ、ヌティラ（1,650円） ガトーショコラと生チョコとアイスのデザート（500円＋100円） を注文した（合計4,850円）

注文した中では 最安のピザ「マリナーラ」と期間限定のピザがおいしかった。
