本来、星一つもつけたくない。

家族3人で来店。 オーダーを済ませて約30分…ようやく一人分の膳が出された。他の家族分もすぐ来るのかなと思いきや、それから待つこと15分。先に来た家族はほぼ食べ終わってしまいそうな状況。

その上、店員がお盆をテーブルに強く叩きつけるように置いたものだから天つゆの汁があらかたお盆にぶちまかれた。しかし、ご本人はそのこぼれたところを見ておらずよそ見して（他に気になることがおありだったようで）るからなんの詫びもなし。盛り付けもいかにも面倒くさそうな雑然としたビジュアル。

トドメはやっと来た膳の天ぷらが冷えてシナシナ…ってずっと厨房に放置ですか？刺身もぬるくて生臭い。ご飯は柔らかくて団子状態。味噌汁は味なし！ 一体なんだよこの店は。

地元は平塚なのだが、今日は用事がありつきみ野に出かけた折この店に立ち寄った。平塚の夢庵は概ねどこも店員の対応も良く、料理提供早く盛り付けも上手。そして旨い。同じ店でも場所によってこんなに違うんだ。

ちなみに店員は席への案内の兄さんだけは感じ良かったけど、配膳時の若い男は声も小さく雑なことこの上ない。
