Sukiya — Restaurant in Yasugi

国道9号線沿い、安来駅からでも徒歩3〜4分程度でアクセス可能なところにある牛丼チェーン店です。この『すき家』の周辺に住む住民の利用者も見受けられますが、安来もしくは山陰地方を旅行する旅行者が小腹を満たすために利用するところも多く見受けられるため、充分な数の駐車場があることは勿論のこと、ドライブスルーのサービスを利用できます。とりわけ休日のランチタイムではやや混雑しますが、それでも席の確保に困るようなこと、給仕が極端に遅くなることはほとんどありません。 給仕される料理の種類や質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他の『すき家』と遜色ないように思います。出入口にスロープがあるものの、扉は手動で開閉する形式であるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。

雪が降ってるし寒かったので牛すき鍋でいいか…とすき家へ 店内は自分を含めて５組ほど ドライブスルーはわからないけど店員３人いるしそんなに大変なオペレーションでもないと思うが 運ばれてきた牛すき鍋定食の熱々のはずの具材から湯気が立ってない 一番熱いであろうネギなんて冷めてるを通り越して中が冷たい状態 さすがにこれはないだろ… 店員さんに具材が温まっていないことを伝えてみると「あ…コレ（固形燃料）で温めて…それで…」との説明 それを聞いたらまぁ〜こっちも呆れてしまって『あ…わかりました…次から気をつけてくださいね』としか言えない 普通さぁ…客に提供できる状態にしてから商品を出すでしょ 固形燃料は客に出してから具材を温めるためにじゃなくて温かい状態の料理が最後まで冷めないためにあるって...
