Although it moved its location, Kasei is still the heart of Tsunashima. The servings are big, good quality and it’s affordable. The staff is also extremely kind. ♡

綱島東の街の中華屋さんです。県道子母口綱島線沿いで営業していた華星さんの移転後の再開です。山盛り中華が特徴の当地の名店です。 平日の夕刻に伺いました。石鍋スタミナかけご飯をお願いしました。サラダとスープが付きました。主菜はご飯も豚バラ肉の炒め物も山盛りでした。 別日はユーリンチー定食をお願いしました。スープ、サラダ、杏仁豆腐が付きました。ご飯は普通盛りで山盛りでした。夜も定食の提供があるのはありがたいところです。定食メニュー表が店頭の掲示のみでした。 店内はテーブル席です。火曜日定休日、11:00 - 15:00、17:00 -...

西口パス通り沿いにあった綱島の名店中華料理『華星』が、綱島駅東口徒歩30mほどの所にリニュアルオープンしました。 相変わらず親切で、どのメニューもしっかり作られた本物の でも日本人の口に合った優しいお味が楽しめます。 私は壁に50品ほど写真で表示された「単品」の「豚肉とキクラゲ • 卵炒め」が食べたかったのですが、ライスサラダデザート付きでお願いしました。お値段は、単品の表示価格と同じ¥950。 サラダとさっぱりしたスープと甘くない杏仁豆腐にシロップ、記録的酷暑の日でしたが、サッパリ食べやすい仕上がりに、華星さんの優しさを感じます。 突然閉店し、情報もなかったので、心も体も癒される華星のお食事がまた食べられて嬉しいです♡

東口にあった韓国料理屋が潰れ、中華料理屋になりました。 味がすごく美味しいのはもちろん、値段は安いのに量が多く、お得に感じます。1人前が2人前くらいになります。 全部美味しかったけど、特に酢豚と油淋鶏がオススメです。黒酢酢豚のタレがめちゃめちゃうまいです。それと揚げたてなのでお肉がカリカリしてて、オススメです！ この前は仕事終わりに行きましたが、店長さんがとても優しかったです。また行こうと思います。 店移転前の華星で食べたものがメニューに乗っていなかったので聞いてみると、料理名を覚えていれば作れるそうですので、次回は頼もうと思います！
