Merengue offers a number of dining options: garlic shrimp, burgers, a number of loco moco and poki bowl items, grilled chicken/pork, ribs, pizza, etc In addition to the entrees, the restaurant is best known for their fluffy, sugar covered dessert pancakes. Ordered 1 tiramisu pancake (2 pieces. You can order 3 pieces), 1 Jambalaya, and 1 mayonaise salmon poke bowl.

Pancake tastes really nice. Not too sweet and the texture is really soft and fluffy. The pancake has flavor itself without the sauce.

As a poke bowl fan, this is one of the best I have ever had. You can order half size but normal portion is really big enough.

Jambalaya is also flavorful with the crispy chicken

Had a good time with friends. The pancakes are nice and soft with plenty of options for the sauces. The hamburger could have been juicer bit the taste was nice. Buffalo wings were good to taste bit didn’t feel authentic. The restaurant has plenty of drink options and a huge menu. The service and atmosphere is excellent and its hard to find such a good Hawaiian vibe...
