休日出勤を終えた激務リーマン、今日も残業の闇に飲まれていた。 時計は21時を回り、疲れ果てた足を引きずってスシローへ。生ビールを片手に、ようやく解放された自分を慰める。　店内は静かに賑わい、家族連れやカップルの笑い声が遠くに聞こえる中、カウンターに座る俺だけがどこか浮いている気分。哀愁漂う夜だ。 注文は、いつものようにネタの鮮度とコスパを頼りに。最初の皿は、写真の通りハンバーグと海老のバリエーション。ハンバーグはジューシーでご飯との相性抜群。ほんのりと薫る酢飯が油の罪悪感を打ち消してくれる。 次に、黒キャビアの乗った海老や、濃厚なタレが絡む創作寿司も。好きなものを好きなだけ、この瞬間のために働いているといっても過言ではない。

期間限定のラーメンはイカがたっぷりで、出汁の香りがほっとさせる一品。ネギの緑が目に鮮やかで、疲れを癒す一助に。
