After my honest review went up, I noticed a sudden influx of overly positive, generic five-star reviews—most likely fake, clearly trying to drown out any real criticism. Rather than addressing the actual health and safety issue, it seems the priority is managing appearances.

Great food, unexpected guest star (not in a good way)

My boyfriend and I were really enjoying our meal when mid-bite, a mouse casually scurried across the floor like it owned the place.

What made the situation worse was the complete lack of urgency or concern from the staff-just a lot of awkward glances and the sense that we were the ones making things uncomfortable for reacting. I get that things happen, but when it comes to rodents in a restaurant, there should be some kind of response beyond pretending it didn’t happen.

We were really enjoying our meal—the food was good and the service was great—until we saw a mouse scurrying across the restaurant. We alerted the staff, and while they did rush around and eventually caught it and put it outside, the whole thing was beyond disturbing.

The manager gave an explanation that a nearby building crashed and somehow that allowed the mouse to get into the establishment. There was zero concern from him almost like this kind of thing was normal there. We told them we couldn’t continue eating because it was disgusting.

It left us wondering was the food we just ate even safe? I’ll never come back here again, and I’d think twice before anyone else does. Cleanliness matters, and this place made us question everything we’d just put...

A solid yakuniku experience at a decent price. Some of the tablet options didn't seem to work correctly or were mistranslated for the Englishenu options, but the Call Waiter button always worked, and the fantastic waiters were always able to take care of us. This is not my personal favorite for a style of yakuniku, but it was delicious, and I did have a good time. If you're taking someone on a date, take them here, if you want to have a night out with the boys, find a hole in a wall...
